sore butt

I have ridden to and from work since tuesday afternoon, which is (4) 7.5 mile trips. My butt hurts, and it's not the butt meat, its the bones under there. and I've been wearing some biking shorts too. so what can be done about this?

New Seat, Adjust body positioning on the bike. Part of it is just getting used to riding as well. It takes a bit for it to feel normal and "find your saddle."

Definitely check your saddle and positioning.

Otherwise, cycling is nothing more than training your butt to sit on that saddle for hours on end. The legs come around just fine.
